Business website
from
$600/ project
Your business exists, just not online yet - or your current website gives an image that no longer reflects who you are. The goal here is simple: a visitor understands what you do and knows how to reach you.
Book a first call20 minutes, no commitment, a few quick questions when you book.
who it's for
You're in the right place if
- People often ask “do you have a website?” and you have to say no
- Your online presence is limited to a Facebook page or WhatsApp
- Your current website is outdated, looks bad on phones, or is no longer up to date
- You are launching a business and need a credible professional address
Another package will suit you better if
- You want to sell online with a cart and payments: that is an e-commerce project, let's talk about it
- Your users need to log in and work with data: see the Web application package
- You just want to host a website that is already built: that is a one-off job, contact me directly
the process
First conversation
Your involvement: 20 minutes, a few quick questions when you book
We clarify just one thing: what should a visitor do when they land on your website? Call you, request a quote, discover your services? Everything else follows from that answer.
Content and structure
Your involvement: This is where you are needed the most
We list the pages and I tell you exactly which text and images I need, section by section. If you don't have the copy, I give you a template to fill in - much faster than starting from a blank page.
Mockup
Your involvement: One sign-off
You see the visual design before it is built. This is when we adjust colors, images and layout.
Build and SEO
Your involvement: Nothing on your side
I build the website, optimize it for mobile and for Google, and check loading speed - the one thing that drives away half of your visitors when it is neglected.
Launch
Your involvement: Final review
The website goes live on your domain name. I show you how to edit your own text for everyday changes.
deliverables
- The website live on your domain name
- A layout that displays properly on phone, tablet and desktop
- SEO fundamentals: titles, descriptions, sitemap, speed
- Hosting and domain access, in your name
- The ability to edit your text without going through me
the budget
- The number of pages
- Content creation: whether the text and photos still need to be produced
- Visual identity: a template adapted to your colors or a fully custom design
- Additional features: advanced form, booking, multiple languages
what to prepare
To get started, all I need is
- One person on your side who can approve the text and the visuals
- Knowing what a visitor should do when they land on the website
We build the rest together
If you have none of this, that's normal and it won't hold us back: that's exactly what the scoping step is for.
- Your presentation text, or the template I give you
- Your logo and brand colors, if you have them
- Photos of your business, your premises or your work
- Your domain name, if you already own one
- The contact details to display and your social media links
questions
- I have no copy and no logo. Can you still build the website?
- Yes. For the copy, I give you a template with questions to answer, which is much faster than writing from scratch. For the logo, we can start with a clean typographic layout and add it later.
- Is delivery in 2-3 days realistic?
- Yes, on one condition: the content has to be ready. Building a business website is quick; what stretches timelines is almost always waiting for text and photos.
- Will I be able to edit my website myself?
- For everyday changes - a piece of text, a price, a contact detail - yes, and I show you how at handover. For adding pages or changing the structure, it is better to call on me.
- What about hosting and the domain name, are they included?
- I handle the setup and the launch. The subscriptions themselves - domain and hosting - are taken out in your name and remain your property, so you don't depend on anyone.
get started
The first call is about finding out whether the project holds up. If it doesn't, I'll tell you - that's more useful to you than a quote.
